What does Xoul do? Xoul is a parental support app powered by AI under clinical supervision. It connects to your child's WhatsApp with their explicit consent and delivers reports on emotions, relationships, and digital well-being, without exposing their conversations. The first report is free and arrives in 10 minutes.
No. XOUL fue diseñada explícitamente como una alternativa al control parental tradicional. No bloquea apps, no restringe contenidos, no geolocaliza al menor, no muestra mensajes. Se posiciona como una herramienta de acompañamiento consciente y respetuoso, no de vigilancia.
Las apps de control parental tradicionales muestran a los padres el contenido completo (mensajes, historial, ubicación) y se enfocan en bloquear y restringir. XOUL no es control parental: analiza patrones y entrega insights interpretados con criterio clínico, sin exponer datos crudos. El foco está en acompañar y comprender, no en vigilar.
La conexión se realiza mediante un código QR que tu hijo/a escanea con su WhatsApp, de manera similar al proceso de WhatsApp Web. Esto autoriza a XOUL a recibir las conversaciones para su análisis. Tu hijo/a mantiene el control: puede desconectar XOUL en cualquier momento desde su propio WhatsApp.
Nuestra inteligencia artificial está entrenada para identificar probables situaciones asociadas a grooming, ciberbullying, sexting, consumo de sustancias y otras señales de riesgo. Sin embargo, se trata de tecnología en desarrollo continuo que puede cometer errores u omisiones. Cuando el sistema detecta algo relevante, lo refleja en el siguiente informe o, en casos urgentes, mediante una alerta directa.
Recibes un informe completo cada 4 días por cada hijo/a conectado. Entre informes, hay novedades cortas diarias cuando ocurren situaciones relevantes y, si el sistema detecta un riesgo urgente, una alerta inmediata.
Los reportes son producidos por nuestra inteligencia artificial. Nuestro equipo clínico, formado por psicólogos y psicólogas con más de 20 años de experiencia acompañando familias, participa de un proceso de human in the loop: toma muestras de los reportes generados, valida calidad, consistencia y una serie de parámetros predefinidos, y a partir de esa validación entrena de manera continua nuestra tecnología. De ese modo, el criterio clínico atraviesa todo el sistema sin intervenir en cada informe individual.
No, todo lo contrario. XOUL fue diseñada para abrir conversaciones, no para reemplazarlas. Los informes y las recomendaciones del agente Xoul están pensados como punto de partida para diálogos significativos con tu hijo/a. La herramienta no reemplaza el vínculo: lo enriquece.
Sí. Puedes crear un perfil para cada hijo/a y cada uno tendrá sus propios informes, novedades y métricas. La suscripción Premium contempla múltiples perfiles.

Desde XOUL siempre recomendamos que el uso sea transparente y consensuado con tu hijo/a. La confianza es recíproca: es importante que te tomes el tiempo para explicarle qué hace XOUL, por qué decidiste usarla y cómo va a acompañar su vida digital. Construir esa conversación es parte del valor del producto.
No. XOUL anonimiza los datos, los analiza y genera los reportes. Una vez completado el proceso, las conversaciones originales son eliminadas de nuestra base. Los detalles completos sobre retención, procesamiento y derechos están en nuestro Aviso de Privacidad.
Puedes eliminar completamente tu cuenta y todos tus datos desde la app en cualquier momento. Ingresa a Tu cuenta > Configuración > Eliminar mi cuenta. XOUL nunca comercializa información con terceros y los datos se utilizan únicamente para entregarte los informes.

The connection is made through a QR code that your child scans with their WhatsApp, similar to the WhatsApp Web process. This authorizes XOUL to receive the conversations for analysis. Your child maintains control: they can disconnect XOUL at any time from their own WhatsApp.

Yes. You can create a profile for each child and each one will have their own reports, updates, and metrics. The Premium subscription supports multiple profiles.

You can completely delete your account and all your data from the app at any time. Go to Your account > Settings > Delete my account. XOUL never commercializes information with third parties and your data is used solely to deliver your reports.
